You should triage the test case results submitted by the testers.

How to Triage Test Case Results

1. Select a product.
2. Open the Test Cycles tab from the left navigation menu.
3. Open the desired test cycle from the list.
4. Open the Test Case Results tab at the top.
5. While on the Test Case Results tab, click on the desired test case result ID, where you can view the complete information on each test case step, as well as triage the reported result.
6. Click the Actions dropdown at the top right corner.
7. Select one of the following:
   
   • Mark as Valuable - Approve the test run result as valid
   • Mark as Unsatisfactory - Reject the test run result as invalid

How to Approve Test Case Results in Bulk

1. Open the desired test cycle from the Test Cycles tab.
2. Open the Test Case Results tab at the top.
3. Select the relevant test case results from the list.
4. Click the Approve button above the list.
