Manage your account preferences via the Applause Platform. Customize the types of notifications you receive via the platform, as well as the events that trigger them. Log into your Dashboard on the Applause Platform at: http://my.applause.com.
To begin, select Account & Settings > User Management from the left hand nav.
Choose various options to customize your experience with notifications and emails, including Navigation, Test Cycle Notifications, Chat Notifications, and Email settings.
Navigation Options
Item Navigation: If this setting is enabled, whenever you change the status of an issue – i.e., approve or reject the issue – you will automatically be taken to the next issue in your list.
CSV Export Configuration:
Test Cycle Notifications: When teams are set up, you can customize platform notifications based upon which role each user fills. In the dropdown, select which role – Owner, or Owner or Collaborator – you have the ability to enable to disable any of the options available to you, allowing you to configure your automated event notifications.
Email Notifications: Select when you prefer to be notified of reports and changes.
Chat Notifications
- Settings within this header allows you to schedule when the platform should send you an emailed digest of all public chat conversations on a selected schedule, or not at all.
- Select whether or not you want to have the platform play a Beep sound whenever you receive a direct 1-on-1 chat message.
- This section also contains settings that allow you to configure the Applause platform to email you if new Chat messages are sent to you while you’re offline, or, you can configure the platform to email you logs of Chat messages sent, even when you’re offline from the platform. It should also be noted, if you choose to select the Offline option, you will only be sent email notifications when you are offline. Conversely, if you are logged into the platform, you will not receive any email notifications.
